I was about to start watching the entire set of episodes from start to finish and figured I'd make notes and throw up a wiki page as I'd noticed there wasn't one. I hope someone finds this info useful. Feel free to tidy it up, reformat it, add to it as you see fit. I'm certainly no expert on it, all I did was watch the shows and make notes. They are available for download but only if you're a member of a certain website. I'm happy to let you know the site, but I don't want to place it here publicly.
