The Periodic Table: Elements with Style is a 2007 children's science book created by Simon Basher and written by Adrian Dingle. It is the first book in Simon Basher's 128 page series. It is followed by Physics: Why Matter Matters!, Biology: Life As We Know It, Astronomy: Out of this World!, Rocks and Minerals: A Gem of a Read, and Planet Earth: What planet are you on? which each have 128 pages too.

Summary

The Periodic Table: Elements with Style is arranged in 11 chapters plus an 2 page introduction (with writing on one page and a cartoon drawing on the other) and a poster in the back of the book. Each chapter is on a different group of the periodic table. Ex: Chap. 1: The Alkali Metals, Chap. 3: The Transition Elements, Chap. 5: The Carbon Elements, Chap. 10: The Lanthanides and Actinides, Chap. 11: The Transactinides.
