Carl S. Rauh - a prominent attorney who defended Casper W. Weinberger for his role in the Iran Contra affair, with Robert S. Bennett. He is a partner with Hogan & Hartson in Washington, D.C. He was a former federal prosecutor and a defense attorney since the 1980's.
