Beringel

Beringel is a town (vila) and parish (freguesia) in Beja Municipality, Alentejo in Southern Portugal. It has 1 525 inhabitants (2001). Two famous Portuguese singers were born in Beringel: Cândida Branca Flor and Linda de Suza.
