Synopsis

When everyone finds out Richard is stepping down, they all throw their name in the hat as his replacement, including Mark, who was leaving until her found out about it, too. Bailey gets the idea of a free clinic, as Addison avoids the subject of kissing one of her interns and George deals with a cancer patient after losing his dad for the same reason.
