Storm Warning is the ninth book in The 39 Clues. It will be written by Linda Sue Park and release May 25, 2010.

This is info collected from The 39 Clues Agent Handbook.

The book cover has a small boat sinking into a whirlpool. The card pack associated with Storm Warning is The Ultimate Card Pack. The card pack has flames on it.

The book brings Amy and Dan to the Bahamas and Jamaica. The story is about finding an unknown clue hidden by the famous pirate Anne Bonny. Amy, Dan, Ian, and Natalie are the main people in the book. They travel to Paradise Island, Bahamas; Kingston, Jamaica; Spanish Town, Jamaica; and Port Royal, Jamaica. Secrets revealed are: The real danger of the Clue Hunt, Nellie's hidden past, The truth about the Madrigals, and The identity of the man in black.

The Intelligence report: After surviving a trip to one of the most deadliest places on earth, Amy and Dan Followed a lead to the Caribbean. En route, their suspicions about their au pair, Nellie, caused them to confront her. Nellie broke protocol and revealed too much about her secret employer. She will be dealt with accordingly. Amy and Dan discovered that the Clue was related to a missing artifact and tracked to Jamaica, where they were attacked by the Kabras. That's when the accident occurred. We're still collecting information but, unfortunately, it appears that the rumors might be true. We're sending an agent to Jamaica to conduct a full investigation, as we do for all deaths on the hunt.
