QUALITY ASSESSMENT: HOW DO I DO IT? I would like to submit Quality and Importance Assessments for the article 'Pulse Code Cab Signalling' whose quality is A (well written, covers the topic). But Wikipedia's instructions on how to participate in the Trains Project are IMPENETRABLE !

(I also notice that there are many more British participants than American, and awareness of French and German rail matters is less than ideal (I read the European materials, but live in the US).
