"Several Leagues Under the Sea": After Flapjack brags about Bubbie's speed, he ends up involving himself, K'nuckles, and Bubbie in a race through the "Sea of Teeth" against an evil inventor and his mechanical "Alpha-Whale".

"Eye Sea You": While doing his laundry, K'nuckles and Flapjack decide to spy on Bubbie, in an effort to find out what she does all day.
2"Kid Nickels / The Sweet Life"June 12, 2008 (2008-06-12)

"Kid Nickels": K'nuckles bets Flapjack in a poker game, resulting in the two having a falling out. K'nuckles replaces Flapjack with a young boy named Kid Nickels, while Flapjack becomes a banker's apprentice. K'nuckles ends up missing Flapjack, and he challenges the banker to win him back.

"The Sweet Life": Flapjack and K'nuckles befriend the richest lady in Stormalong, Lady Nickelbottoms, in order to steal from her mansion (which is made from candy). Yet when their plans go awry, K'nuckles finds himself challenging Lord Nickelbottoms in a candy-based duel to the death.
3"Several Leagues Above the Sea! / That's a Wrap!"June 19, 2008 (2008-06-19)

"Several Leagues Above the Sea!": The evil inventor's twin brother builds a "Grand Flying Contraption" in order to impress Bubbie, whom he has a crush on. However, when Bubbie does not return the same feelings (as she sees him as a friend rather than a love interest), he is very sad. Because of this, Flapjack and crew are inadvertently led into danger.

"That's a Wrap!": In a scheme to trade wrappers to Peppermint Larry in exchange for candy, K'nuckles and Flapjack learn that a special wrapper marked with an "+", of which Larry desires, points the way to Candied Island.
4"Shave and a Haircut... Two Friends! / Cammie Island"June 26, 2008 (2008-06-26)

"Shave and a Haircut... Two Friends!": When Captain K'nuckles believes he has found a map to Candied Island, he wants Flapjack to read it in order to reach their destination. However, Flapjack (in dire need of a haircut) is unable to. They go to Doctor Barber for a haircut, only to find that the barber has stolen the map.

"Cammie Island": Captain K'nuckles and Flapjack stow away on a ship that they believe will take them to Candied Island. Instead, they end up on the mysterious Cammie Island and Flapjack befriends the misunderstood and lonely monster of island.
5"Skooled (on the Island) / Snarked"July 3, 2008 (2008-07-03)

"Skooled": When Flapjack thinks he's unable to tell directions, he and K'nuckles decide to go to school. But K'nuckles finds himself unable to keep up with the other students, and later plans to steal the candy rewards that the teacher gives out. However, he finds something strange about the school...

"Snarked": When they assume that Bubbie has been kidnapped by a group of foreign sailors known as the Snarks, Flapjack and K'nuckles sneak on board their ship to locate her.
6"Foot Burn / Hand It Over"July 10, 2008 (2008-07-10)

"Foot Burn": Flapjack and Captain K'nuckles suffer from a severe case of foot burn (sunburned feet) after sleeping in the sun. And on their quest to treat it, they discover a hideous trolley driver whom K'nuckles knew from his past trying to stall them. When K'nuckles hijacks the trolley, it goes out of control and returns to their starting point, where the trolley driver feeds K'nuckles to a giant squid.

"Hand It Over": Captain K'nuckles is accused by a pirate captain of stealing his hand, leading Flapjack to believe that K'nuckles is nothing but a liar, putting a strain on their friendship and causing everyone else believe that K'nuckles stole from them.
7"How the West was Fun / K'nuckles is a Filthy Rat"July 17, 2008 (2008-07-17)

"How the West was Fun": For Flapjack's birthday, K'nuckles, Bubbie and Flapjack sail westwards into a dangerous and mysterious area, in search of Candied Island. However, when they run low on supplies, they must decide whether to continue or return to Stormalong Harbor. Flapjack then builds a raft and allows Bubbie to go home while he and K'nuckles go crazy from the seawater. Eventually, everybody decides to quit the journey to Candied Island, and they return home.

"K'nuckles is a Filthy Rat": When K'nuckles is out of town, Flapjack befriends a diseased rat, and names it "K'nuckles II". The rat later infects various people in Stormalong with the plague. It spreads overnight, and almost everyone in town is infected by it...
8"Sittin' Muscle / Knot Funny"July 24, 2008 (2008-07-24)

"Sittin' Muscle": Flapjack, Captain K'nuckles, and Bubbie journey to the "Bottom of the World", when they learn that K'nuckles' long-lost "sittin' muscle" (his buttocks) was left there by a man called Captain Ridiculous. K'nuckles finds his "sittin' muscle"- but then loses it again. Eventually, Flapjack and K'nuckles get frozen solid by the extremely cold temperatures of the "Bottom of the World". Captain Ridiculous takes the frozen Flapjack and K'nuckles back to Stormalong, and claims that they are members of a primitive species when he shows them to other people.

"Knot Funny": When Captain K'nuckles believes he has accidentally cursed Flapjack with the inability to speak, he goes off to find a cure, only to find it to be a ruse by Flapjack in order to attend the local "Knot Festival".
9"Lookin' for Love (in all the Wrong Barrels) / Beard Buddies"July 31, 2008 (2008-07-31)

"Lookin' for Love (in all the Wrong Barrels)": After regaling a tale that reveals why he doesn't trust women, Captain K'nuckles ends up falling in love with his own reflection, believing it to be a beautiful woman.

"Beard Buddies": When Peppermint Larry hosts his annual "Adventure Beard-Off Contest", Captain K'nuckles enters the contest, with Flapjack pretending to be his beard.
10"Pun Times (with Punsie McKale) / Balance"August 7, 2008 (2008-08-07)

"Pun Times (with Punsie McKale)": Flapjack finds out Peppermint Larry is preparing for the "Stormalong Pun-Off", in which he will compete against comedy legend Punsie McKale. After Flapjack and Larry are knocked out by Punsie's puns, K'nuckles steals the show and literally causes the audience to "bring the house down" when they get very amused by Flapjack and K'nuckles, who perform slapstick comedy.

"Balance": W.D. Muttonfluffer, a "cinematographist", visits Stormalong Harbor and entertains the population with his silent black-and-white (and repeating) movies, with Flapjack becoming his biggest star, inadvertently distracting K'nuckles from adventuring.
11"Mechanical Genie Island / Revenge"August 14, 2008 (2008-08-14)

"Mechanical Genie Island": Flapjack and Captain K'nuckles get stranded on an island inhabited by a living Mechanical Genie after fishing for food, only to discover that not everything is as it seems...

"Revenge": Captain K'nuckles tells Flapjack that the more enemies an adventurer has, the greater adventurer he is. This results with Flapjack going on a quest to make enemies, only for all his plans to backfire.
12"Oh Brother / Panfake"August 21, 2008 (2008-08-21)

"Oh Brother": Desperate to find a younger sibling after Captain K'nuckles calls him a baby out of annoyance, Flapjack asks Bubbie where babies come from and mistakenly adopts a duck as his new "baby brother".

"Panfake": When the Candy Barrel is shut down by the Dock Hag due to a misunderstanding, Peppermint Larry tries his hand at puppetry. He eventually finds success with "The Amazing Adventures of Pancake", a spoof of Flapjack and his adventures, much to Flapjack's dismay.
13"Lead 'Em and Weep / Sea Urchins"December 4, 2008 (2008-12-04) (Lead 'Em and Weep)

"Lead 'Em and Weep": Believing K'nuckles to be a bad influence, Bubbie tells Flapjack to stop following the pirate, but to lead him instead. Unfortunately, after taking the advice of an animal trainer, Flapjack accidentally hypnotizes K'nuckles' into believing he is a seal.

"Sea Urchins": When Bubbie sends Flapjack and K'nuckles to get shelf polish on the "bad side" of town, they get into trouble with a group of alley kids and ultimately are challenged to a "Dance-Off" in order to get their possessions back.

"Whale Times": Bubbie falls in love with a whale named Harvey, who kidnaps Captain K'nuckles and Flapjack to work in his factory on Laundry Island, unknown to Bubbie, who thinks they are ignoring her.

"Love Bugs": Flapjack denies he is in love with Sally Syrup, despite the little red hearts that pop up around his head.
15"Sea Legs (Too Big for His Britches) / No Syrup for Old Flapjacks"March 5, 2009 (2009-03-05) (Sea Legs)

"Sea Legs": After Flapjack finds a pair of legs adrift at sea, Captain K'nuckles uses them to terrorize the people of Stormalong Harbor. However, when a sea monster's torso comes to reclaim the legs, a battle for ownership ensues.

"No Syrup for Old Flapjacks": Flapjack is told by Bubbie the origin of his name before getting his first "special flapjacks." But Captain K'nuckles refrains Flapjack from eating pancakes without syrup, so the two set out to solve the recent syrup shortage.
16"Plant Man (The Rottenest Botanist) / Fish Heads"March 19, 2009 (2009-03-19) (Plant Man)

"Plant Man": When Flapjack discovers some fresh fruit, which hasn't been seen in years, and Captain K'Nuckles eats it, the two head to an island to get some more. But a mysterious plant man keeps getting in the way...

"Fish Heads": The Dock Hag catches Flapjack and Captian K'nuckles littering and sentences them to community service collecting fish heads. Doctor Barber, however, offers to pay them for the heads, much to their delight... but they soon discover his true intentions for the fish heads.
17"Something's a Miss / Gone Wishin'"June 11, 2009 (2009-06-11)

"Something's a Miss": Flapjack keeps getting mistaken for a girl, so he and Captain K'nuckles attempt to man him up, only to discover that his voice is the problem.

"Gone Wishin'": Captain K'nuckles steals a mermaid queen's heart filled with wishes (in the form of candy), with the intention of him and Flapjack to get to Candied Island, but they quickly misuse the wishes and learn a terrible secret about the mermaid.
18"Ben Boozled / Candy Cruise Blues"June 18, 2009 (2009-06-18) (Ben Boozled)

"Ben Boozled": Flapjack and Captain K'nuckles are swindled by a mysterious man named Ben Boozle, and are forced to work on his ship until Flapjack is able to achieve the rank of captain.

"Candy Cruise Blues": Flapjack and Captain K'nuckles sneak aboard a candy cruise ship, but accidentally anger Poseidon when they destroy the ship's figurehead of his daughter.
19"My Guardian Angel is Killing Me!! / Dear Diary"July 2, 2009 (2009-07-02) (My Guardian Angel is Killing Me!!)
July 9, 2009 (Dear Diary)

"My Guardian Angel is Killing Me!!": Flapjack is dubbed Captain K'nuckles' guardian angel by Bubbie, but when Flapjack annoys him with constant protection, K'nuckles fakes his own death in order to have peace.

"Dear Diary": When Captain K'nuckles and Bubbie read Flapjack's secret diary, Flapjack decides to live like a hermit on a remote island, to keep all his various secrets safe.
20"Diamonds in the Stuff (Down the Drain) / Tee Hee Tummy Tums"July 16, 2009 (2009-07-16) (Diamonds in the Stuff)

"Diamonds in the Stuff": Taunted by a rich boy for being poor, Flapjack and Captain K'nuckles search for diamonds that the rich boy claims is in the sewers of Upper Stormalong Harbor.

"Tee Hee Tummy Tums": Flapjack learns from Captain K'Nuckles about a strange man that gives away combs in exchange for candy. Upon finding out that this man's family is in a similar situation as him, Flapjack decides to help the man, Tee Hee Tummy Tums, sell his combs.
21"Jar She Blows! / Behind the Curtain"July 30, 2009 (2009-07-30)

"Jar She Blows!": Captain K'nuckles accidentally gets Flapjack stuck in a jar when trying to get some Candied Island candy. This leads Flapjack to go on a long journey in an attempt to return home, after being being washed out to sea.

"Behind the Curtain": Flapjack and Captain K'nuckles struggle to escape from the Dock Hag's house after a feeble attempt at sabotaging K'nuckles' dock tickets, only to discover that the Dock Hag has a crush on the old captain.
22"SHUT iT / Who's Moochin' Who?"August 6, 2009 (2009-08-06)

"SHUT IT": After an argument involving Bubbie's tooth door, Flapjack and Captain K'nuckles decide to disguise themselves as each other for the day, in order to see whose life is more difficult.

"Who's Moochin' Who?": When the Dock Hag bans Flapjack and K'nuckles from setting foot on the main harbor until they pay off their tickets, they take in a rich stranger in the hopes that he will pay them for being such kind friends. However, the stranger treats them like servants in their own home, causing them to re-think their idea.
23"Over the Moon / 100 Percensus"August 13, 2009 (2009-08-13)

"Over the Moon": When Flapjack and Captain K'nuckles are stranded on the moon after getting chased by Eight-Armed Willy, they discover that it could lead them to Candied Island. All they need to do is trick the moon (whom they discovered has a mind of its own) into taking them there.

"100 Percensus": Due to being senseless, Captain K'nuckles refuses to take a census being done by Flapjack, since K'nuckles thinks he needs to learn how to count to four. Unfortunately, the men that told Flapjack to take the census were really a group of "senseless" pirates wanting to take over Stormalong, and that these pirates were having him take the census in order to find out if they could outnumber the people of Stormalong in combat. Now it's up to K'nuckles to save the day.
24"Off With His Hat / K'nuckles and His Hilarious Problem"August 20, 2009 (2009-08-20)

"Off With His Hat": When Flapjack helps Captain K'nuckles look for his lost hat on an island filled with chimpanzees, they end up encountering a researcher that lives among the animals. With her help, they must reach the "secret meeting place": An active volcano that K'nuckles must cross the crater of so that he can get his hat back.

"K'nuckles and His Hilarious Problem": Flapjack tries to break Captain K'nuckles' candy addiction after he develops "candy rot".
25"Fancy Pants / Cuddle Trouble"August 27, 2009 (2009-08-27) (Fancy Pants)
September 3, 2009 (2009-09-03) (Cuddle Trouble)

"Fancy Pants": K'nuckles needs to get "fancy pants" in order to get into the new VIP section of the Candy Barrel.

"Cuddle Trouble": Flapjack finds that may have a problem with cuddling after a night sleeping outside of Bubbie, so he tries to find the cause and a cure.

"Who's That Man In The Mirror?": When K'nuckles refuses to lose weight, he risks losing Flapjack to a real adventurer.

"Unhappy Endings": Tired of stories with happy endings, K'nuckles and Flapjack go off and quest a story without one. But their imaginations quickly go wild.

"S.S. K'nuckies": Bubbie becomes jealous of K'nuckles' new boat, while unbeknownest to the trio, the former owner of the boat seeks to kill Flapjack and K'nuckles for owning his boat.

"Candy Casanova": Flapjack keeps an eye on Candy Wife while Peppermint Larry is out of town, much to the jealousy of Captain K'nuckles.

"Down With the Ship": K'nuckles tries to prove he's a captain by visiting a sunken ship to collect his "captain's papers.".

"Willy! (Or Won't He?)": Flapjack has to capture Eight-Armed Willy in order to prove he is worthy of being a real adventurer.

"Bubbie's Tummy Ache ": When Bubbie gets a stomach ache, Flapjack must go on a dangerous journey into her stomach to fix her.

"Mind the Store, Don't Look in the Drawer ": Dr. Barber leaves Flapjack and K'nuckles to look after his barber shop/clinic, with one very important rule: they must not open the drawer there. But they are very curious about what is inside of the drawer.

"Please Retire!": K'nuckles and Flapjack visit a storytelling club, where K'nuckles finds out that his own stories may be outdated.

"Under the Sea Monster ": Flapjack tricks K'nuckles into believing that there is a sea monster attacking Stormalong.

"Flapjack Goes to a Party": Flapjack gets invited to a birthday party, but feels embarrassed when the other kids perceive K'nuckles and Bubbie as 'weirdos', including for himself.

"Rye Ruv Roo": Flapjack pretends to be a dog for Lady Nicklebottoms while K'nuckles finds the actual dog. However, after Flapjack and Lady Nicklebottoms have such a good time together, Charles (Nicklebottoms' butler) gets jealous and attempts to throw Flapjack into the sea. Meanwhile, K'nuckles experiences the joys of owning a dog.

"Low Tidings": In the first half-hour long Christmas special, Flapjack celebrates "Low-Tides Day" and awaits his gifts from Poseidon, while K'nuckles tries to find a hidey hole from being sacked by "mermen" for being a bad person.

"Come Home Cap'n" - Bubbie kicks K'nuckles out following a bitter argument.

"Fastest Man Alive" - When the fat police constable creates the first bicycle in Stormalong, Flapjack and K'nuckles find it difficult to get away with mischief.
34"Oh You Animal! / The Return of Sally Syrup"March 18, 2010 (Oh You Animal!)

"Oh You Animal!" - Bubbie (and eventually K'nuckles) tries to rescue Flapjack from an old woman who thinks he's a missing child.

"The Return of Sally Syrup" - Sally Syrup returns to Stormalong, much to her disliking and Flapjack must convince her that Stormalong is not all that bad.

Shorts: 2007-2009

These shorts were shown as part of Cartoon Network's Wedgies, except for "Captain and ToeNeil". Many of these episodes were available on Comcast On Demand Service about 3 to 5 months before they aired (ex. Oh You Animal in February 2010, The Return of Sally Syrup in December 2009).

Flapjack keeps jumping into the sea, only to be tossed back out again. When K'nuckles sees this, he says that the sea is sick of Flapjack.

Captain K'nuckles convinces Flapjack that a true adventurer doesn't brush his teeth.
5"Starry Night"June 2008 (2008-06)
Flapjack keeps bothering the tired Captain K'nuckles about the stars.

Flapjack and Bubbie meet K'nuckles.
