Doctor Who: The Adventure Games is a graphic adventure video game that will be released for download sometime in June, 2010. The game will be developed by Sumo Digital. The first three episodes will be released concurrently with the fifth series on television, and the fourth will come out between the end of the series and the Christmas special. Each episode will be available free to download from the official website of Doctor Who.

Settings

According to Phil Ford, the first episode will be set in a ruined London, the second will involve Cybermen in the Arctic, and the third will be set underwater.[1]

Characters

With classic and new aliens and monsters to appear, a Cyberman along with a "Cyber-Army" have been shown in the promotional photos, and a piece of concept art includes a Dalek city. The Cybermen featured are the Cybus Industries variant of the new series. However, unlike their earlier appearances, they no longer contain the Cybus C-shaped logo on their chestplates, instead featuring stylized Cybermen faces similar to the insignia seen in the titular tombs in The Tomb of the Cybermen.
