Rise To Remain is a British metalcore band from London, England. Formed in 2008, the band consists of five members: Austin Dickinson (the son of Iron Maiden vocalist Bruce Dickinson) (vocals), Ben Tovey (guitars), Will Homer (guitars), Pat Candy (drums) and Joe Copcutt (bass). Rise To Remain plays within the genres of metalcore and melodic heavy metal, even though Austin Dickinson said in an interview with metal/rock music magazine Metal Hammer: "To me, we're a metal band, to others we could be metalcore. We're definitely a band who love melody but we aren't a band who like beatdowns - solos are way better." The band has a main influence in Killswitch Engage, as said in the same interview.

The band has so far released one EP, the six-track mini-album entitled Bridges Will Burn. The EP was first released exclusively in the march 2010-issue of Metal Hammer with four tracks (Bridges Will Burn, Nothing Left, Purify and Illusive Existence), but was officially released in April 2010.

Rise To Remain has already played at Download and Sonisphere, and supported major bands like Trivium and Five Finger Death Punch. Their reputation seems to grow even more, and with upcoming shows in the UK, both concerts and festivals, Rise To Remain doesn't seem to fall down at once.

Some of the band's endorsements: Roland, ESP Guitars, Peavey, SJC Custom Drums, Zildjian and D'Addario.
