Michael Grepp[1] (Born July 31st, 1985) is an independent solo artist currently based out of Cleveland, OH.

Raised in Solon, OH he attended Solon High School from 2000-2004. During this period he played in several local pop/rock bands, competing in various battle of the bands and High School Rock Offs in the greater Cleveland area. Upon graduating from Solon High School he went on to study Architecture at Miami of Ohio, eventually pursuing music alongside such notable acts as Kate Voegele, Powerspace, and Look Afraid. In September 2008 he replaced the current singer and became the rhythm guitarist for the Cincinnati/Dayton based band Just Above Jealous[2], staying with the band up until the groups mutual decision to go separate in a different direction in early February 2009.

Since forging ahead on his own as a solo artist, he has worked alongside various musicians in the greater Cincinnati and Cleveland area, with his current solo career and upcoming release being the current focus of his career. Over the last year he has spent much of his time playing in various notable Cleveland Venues such as The Agora, Grog Shop, and Wilbur's to promote his upcoming release. The Hampshire EP was announced in late March of 2010 with an expected release date to be towards the end of summer. It is expected to feature a less conventional approach to a typical acoustic release, with a focus on the creation of moods and layering of vocal melodies in an unconventional manner for the previously stated genre of music.
