Garry Meier is a Chicago-based radio talk show host.

He started out as a DJ, and then was first paired with Steve Dahl at WLUP FM, WLS AM, WLS FM, and WLUP AM. One of Steve and Garry's most famous events was Disco Demolition July 12, 1979.

Meier worked solo middays for a brief period at WLUP FM, and after that, he ventured into television for a time, doing short pieces for WGN TV. After that ended, he was partened at WLS AM with Roe Conn. Both shows with Dahl and Conn were highly rated, the latter topping the ratings for seven straight years. It has been reported by both former partners that Garry Meier's wife - who is now his agent - is responsible for the demise of the partnerships, something Garry denies. He instead blames the behavior of Steve Dahl in the first case, and Disney/ABC Management in the second. Both Roe and Steve have continued their shows since Meier's departure, albeit with less successful ratings.
