Yuca con mojo is a Central American and Cuban side dish made by marinading yucca root (also known as cassava) in garlic, lime, and olive oil. Oftentimes, onions are included in the marinade. It results in a very strong, unique, and delicious taste. Unfortunately the dish may result in bad breath, but it is decidedly worth the experience.
