UnCivil Liberties is a 2007 film directed by Thomas Mercer starring Glenn Allen and Tony Grocki.
Synopsis
The film takes place in the near future, when the government is using technology to view all of humanity's doings. Cynthia Porter (Penny Perkins) is an agent for Homeland Security, and is helping to make the new technology. But she does not particularly want to do it, but has to. Mike Wilson (Glenn Allen) is a militia assassin, who is paid to kill government agents like Porter. He works alongside Sam Norton (Tony Grocki), and is soon hired to assassinate Porter. Cynthia and her sister Patricia (Yvonne Perry) go to a party, where they first meet Mike, when he walks out to his trailer. When he does go into assassinate Porter, he stops in the middle and runs away. The militia leader now pays Norton to kill Wilson for his newfound pacifism. Soon, Mike is dead, but the militia headquarters is bombed and destroyed. Now Norton tries to fight off the milita and continue in Wilson's footsteps. In the end, Porter is taken to a police car, and when she opens it up, Sam is inside, telling her that they can change the future.
