I see you recently reverted an edit to the article. Not to own articles, but I reverted back, since there was a source. Oh well, GTTR. OpenTheWindows, sir! 20:50, 11 June 2010 (UTC)[reply]

I reverted a removal of sources, it looks like you reverted back to the same edit that removed said sources [1].—Sandahl (♀) 21:47, 13 June 2010 (UTC)[reply]

Bitter Lawyer

I want to take another stab at adding a page for BitterLawyer.com. If I recall, the problem last time was establishing noteworthiness. The site won the 2009 ABA Journal Blawg 100 Lighter Fare category (http://www.abajournal.com/blawg100/2009/lighter), they've had interviews with some fairly big name people such as Texas Tech coach Mike Leach and author of Prozac Nation Elizabeth Wurtzel (http://www.bitterlawyer.com/index.php/interviews_recent/), and then there's this article from Forbes about the site, or more specifically, about the webshow on the site. (http://www.forbes.com/2008/10/01/rick-eid-exlist-lead-dreamlife08-cx_re_1001eid.html). Is this good enough to move forward with?

Also, just want to disclose I have a conflict of interest here.Nycbl1y (talk) 19:11, 13 June 2010 (UTC)[reply]

To address your last question first see Wikipedia:Conflict of interest, just about everything that you need to know about a conflict of interest is addressed on that page. This is a good ref [2] but it could use more. If you like, I will move it to your userspace. There you can refine it and recreate it when you feel ready, just let me know. If you would rather have a copy I can do that too. —Sandahl (♀) 21:47, 13 June 2010 (UTC)[reply]
Sure thing, move it to my userspace. And yeah, I read the CoI stuff, I don't think there will be a problem, but disclosure is always a good idea.Nycbl1y (talk) 14:21, 14 June 2010 (UTC)[reply]
It now resides here. Recommend not leaving it too long because someone may nominate it for deletion after awhile.—Sandahl (♀) 15:09, 14 June 2010 (UTC)[reply]
Newb question, but (when I'm done working on it), how do I get it moved out of my workspace and onto the main site?Nycbl1y (talk) 16:37, 14 June 2010 (UTC)[reply]
You can simply recreate it under the same title if you wish just as you would any other article. You may rename it also. There are several statements within the article that need referencing. Just a quick look and I can see the notable interview section is one among others. If you have any other questions I will be around later.—Sandahl (♀) 17:06, 14 June 2010 (UTC)[reply]
I just re-created the page. I think the Webby, ABA Journal award, and the Forbes article ought to be enough to show notability, or at least more notability than your average Firefly episode ;-) Nycbl1y (talk) 03:31, 15 June 2010 (UTC)[reply]
