More information on how this could serve as a vector of privacy invasion? This single file contains all the chat history the user has, is not encrypted nor protected by strict user permissions by default. One would think that such an easy method of access would have been covered by the people who created skype. A method of protecting oneself from this would seem like common courtesy.
