Windsor "Win" Horne Lockwood III

Windsor "Win" Horne Lockwood III is a fictional character in the thriller Deal Breaker written by Harlan Coben.

We are introduced to Win in the first book of the series Deal Breaker as a 31 year old single working closely with Myron.

Win and Myron have remained best friends from college and are very protective about each other.

Win is also very close to Esperanza who he meets through Myron.

Myron rented his work space from his old college roommate, Win. Now while Myron works as a sports agent, Win takes care of Myron players Finances.

Win is described as Blood hair, perfect length, Parted on the right side. His features classical patrician , almost too handsome, like something crafted in porcelain. His attire is always thoroughbred prep - pink shirts, polo shirts, monogrammed shirts, khaki pants, golf pants, white bucks (Memorial Day to Labor Day) or wing tips (Labor Day to Memorial Day) on his feet. He is even said to have a creepy accent, the one that did not originate from any particular geographical location as much as from his prep school Exeter. He plays a mean game of golf. He had a three handicap and was the fifth generation member of Merion Golf Club in Philadelphia and third generation at Pine Valley in southern New Jersey. He had a perennial golf tan, one of those where the color could be found only in the arms (short-sleeve shirts) and a V-shape in the neck (open alligator shirt). It is also said that Win’s skin never gets tanned, instead his skin burns. People have said to hate at sight for his looks and money.

Win is also a sixth degree black belt holder in Tae Kwon Do, which is the high a ranking as anybody in United States. He has been studying Tae Kwon do since the age of seven and introduced Myron to Tae Kwon Do in college. Win is the one who brought Master Kwan from Korea fourteen years ago.Win loves to mediate and religiously carries out the same at least an hour a day.

Win owns the well established Lock-Horne Investments & Securities. He owned the his office building . Lock-Horne Investments & Securities covers 6 floors. Win had a corner office with a view of both Forty seventh Street and Park Avenue.

Win and Myron are both fans of Batman series , often calling there transport as Bat mobile.

He and Myron worked before as secret agents . He is said to extra protective against Myron as seen in the series ahead.
