İstanbul Kültür University (İKÜ) is a private university located in İstanbul,Turkey. It has three campuses, Ataköy, Bahçelievler and İncirli. The University was founded in 1997. Istanbul Kültür University consists of 5 schools and 2 vocational schools.
İstanbul Kültür University has achieved many things even though it is a new institution. It surpassed half of the universities in terms of the number of articles published per instructor in 1998, and it ranked among the first ten universities in 1999. It ranks 4th among foundation universities and 6th among state universities.
