As the author of the BCMJ historical content posted on www.bcmj.org, I have sent permission to Wikipedia to allow this content to be posted on the article page for the British Columbia Medical Journal, and edited by Wikipedia users. Okay, I've made edits and changed the wording of the content so it should no longer match content on www.bcmj.org. I've also changed my username (as somebody advised me at some point on my bcmedicaljournal account) to tarakathleen. I couldn't figure out how to change the username on the account, so I made a new account (per one recommendation on the help page). The new account is not a "sock puppet" (as someone else suggested). I hope these changes bring the article into compliance, and that the speedy removal warning can be taken down soon. Please let me know if there are any other issues.
