Streetball Kosova

Streetball Kosova is a traditional streetball tournament since Year 2000.The interest for the games was very big on these years, hundred teams and thousands of players participated in the last 10 editions. The teams were mixed and of different ages. The games were viewed by a large number of people. The Audience and the players were motivated and entertained by a Hip-Hop DJ. Also many important personalities from the sports and day life visited the tournaments.Most of the participants are the children and the youth of Kosova, who represent more than 70% of the population, but there are senior and international participants currenty living in Kosova, too. Beside the main competition 3on3, there will be as well competitions in Dunking and Shoot 5. The focus of this tournament is to make streetball attractive to the young population and reduce violence and crime amoung them. It is in accordance with the efforts to prosper in sport and social activities, too.
