The Good Guys

With regard to your question, the source for twenty episodes and the September 24 rebroadcasting in The Good Guys is in the last paragraph of the Production section. It helps to read the article first, rather than just read the list and info box. You should be more certain in the future that the information you aren't seeing is actually not in the article before removing it. KnownAlias contact 11:24, 26 July 2010 (UTC)[reply]

To answer your next question, the episode guide only goes up to nine, because that's how many episodes have been released to the media. If you check out Chuck, you'll only see two titles, even though a minimum 13 have been ordered (with a rumored option for an additional 7). The next season of House is known to be 22 episodes, but we don't know anything more right now than when the first of those will air (known in the industry as a "Season Premire"). I mean, how much information do you expect us to have at our disposal? Especially since, with Wikipedia's verifiability policy, we only know what the sources know. That's the same reason my TiVo only gives me two weeks of program information; because that's all they know. You actually expect us to know the names and dates of the next 11 epsiodes? My own information has three rumored titles from unreliable sources, and that's it. As the information becomes available, it will be introduced to the table.
I am making every attempt to explain this to you patiently in order to discourage your confrontational editing style, since your intent was conceivably motivated by good reasons; to provide verifiablility. But being so aggressive and antagonistic toward others in doing so is not an appropriate behavior on Wikipedia, and could, in the future, be grounds for blocking you from editing. I recommend you check out Wikipedia's Five Pillars of Editing (particularly civility), and if you're having an issue with a piece of information, start a discussion on the discussion page for that article. I myself reversed an article that claimed actress Allison Mack would be returning to Smallville for seven episodes, because an editor managed to convince me the information was not sound, and that she would only be back for an undisclosed number (click here to see). I hope to work more cooperatively with you in the future. KnownAlias contact 21:02, 26 July 2010 (UTC)[reply]
I initially created Code 58 (now known as The Good Guys) with just 3 episodes showing as that was all that had been announced at the time though the episode order was then for 13. The other 10 were "hidden" or "commented out" via wrapping each episode with <!-- -->. When it was announced that the order had been increased to 20 i added those in in the same manner as the other episodes yet to have a confirmed title or air date. They are there, you just have to edit the section of the article to see them. If you follow this link it will take you to editing the first draft of the article i wrote, wherein you can see that 13 were there but only 3 were showing when reading the article. Please do not edit that version now as you would overwrite everything done to the article since the first draft and that would not go over so well. As information on each episode becomes available it is added and the <!-- --> around that episode is removed.
Typically things in the infobox are not referenced as the content of the infobox should be found in the article itself. Some exceptions to this typically include an executive producer or production company that are not in the article for lack of anything more to say than "this guy is a producer". delirious & lost~hugs~ 21:48, 26 July 2010 (UTC)[reply]
I only wanted to make sure half of said claims were not a rumor and if I was given a link directly to this in the first place then this might not have gotten too out of control. But thanks for showing me a link that actually stated the talk about episodes. ^-^;;
