Revert

I'd greatly appreciate the provision of a source for the suggestion that Sullivan did base the episode on a real joke - I think it needs one, otherwise it could have come from anywhere. Caissa's DeathAngel 12:34, 10 January 2007 (UTC)[reply]

Salmonella

I don't think Sam and Ella is an error. If I remember correctly, Del claimed that Albert would laugh upon hearing that he had Salmonella and Rodney disagreed, so they had a bet. I always thought that Del said Sam and Ella to make Albert laugh and win the bet.
