Harvey Weisenberg

Harvey Weisenberg (born December 31, 1933) Democrat is the Assistant Speaker Pro Tempore of the New York State Assembly. He represents the 20th assembly district, encompassing Long Beach, Oceanside, Hewlett and East Rockaway. Mr. Weisenberg served on the Long Beach City Council in 1976 and served as its President in 1977 and 1980. He was elected to the State Assembly on February 14, 1989 in a special election. He co-sponsored Jonathon's Law.
