Moira Shannon Quirk (born 30 October 1968; Rutland, England) is an actress and voice actress who was the referee/co-host for the Nickelodeon game show Nickelodeon GUTS for four seasons.

She is now the voice of Brit Krust in the Nicktoon series My Life as a Teenage Robot, as well as the voice of CHIPS in The Radio Adventures of Dr. Floyd. Moira also appeared in the game Mercenaries: Playground of Destruction, a voiceover for the news reporter Adriana Livingston. She also voiced Daniella in the video game Haunting Ground. Quirk is married to comedian Michael Rayner and has two children.
