About the Film
Shot in 8 days with 2 cameras, using only available light and "stolen" Manhattan locations, including the chunk of the film that takes place in Central Park. After a 2 week production hiatus it was discovered that one of the cameras was damaged, rendering everything that was shot on it unusable. Some of those scenes were reshot. The budget is reported to have been less than $1000. The film was noted for its strong performances and its cinematography, although there is no cinematographer credited. Despite these limitations the film won some festival awards and was picked up for distribution in less than a year of its festival premiere. It was released on DVD and internet television on July 20, 2010.
