Oakwood Theme Park

Oakwood Theme Park (formerly Oakwood Leisure Park or Oakwood Coaster Country) is a theme park in Pembrokeshire, Wales which attracts 400,000 visitors each year.

Oakwood has begun construction of a new ride to open in 2006: a Gerstlauer Euro-Fighter rollercoaster with a 97-degree drop. This will be the steepest-drop roller coaster in the UK, as well as being the tallest of its type in the world. The new ride's name is currently unknown, but Oakwood's website may have given it away as "Speed" when the word was at first included in image and video download URLs.

The 85ft-high CCI-built wooden roller coaster "Megafobia" is consistently rated among the best in Europe by enthusiasts.
