Pierre Boya (born 16 January 1984) is a Cameroonian footballer. He currently plays for FK Partizan.
Career
The highlight of his career in FK Partizan was on 25 November 2004, UEFA Cup draw (2–2) away at SS Lazio when he scored both Partizan goals. Unfortunately, for a year-and-a-half afterwards he was unable to find the back of the net. He finally ended his goalscoring drought on 8 April 2006, scoring a brace during the league match versus FK Voždovac.
In the meantime he also recorded another dubious achievement in the crucial Champions League qualifier versus Artmedia Bratislava. After missing several clear cut chances through the two matches, he failed to convert a crucial penalty in the shootout that would have qualified Partizan for the 2005–06 UEFA Champions League.
In the summer of 2007, Boya was transferred to FC Rapid Bucureşti. Although he had a mediocre season, he was considered Rapid's main striker after the departure of Mugurel Buga, Ionuţ Mazilu and Lucian Burdujan. In the 2008–09 winter break, Boya was sold to Grenoble Foot 38, mostly because Rapid had financial problems. Boya had a weak first half of the season, scoring one goal in 17 matches for Rapid, so he agreed to leave Romania for France.
On 31 August 2010, Boya signed for Partizan once again, after the team qualified for the 2010–11 UEFA Champions League. He marked his re-debut at Partizan by coming in at half-time and scoring two goals and providing an assist in a league match versus FK Rad.
