LaMarcus Tinker

LaMarcus Tinker (born October 24, 1990, as LaMarcus Rayshawn Tinker) is an American Actor. He is best know for his roles as a teenage football star Dallas Tinker on the NBC and Direct TV hit television show "Friday Night Lights" and as Kevin on the hit ABC comedy, Cougar Town.

He joined the cast of Friday Night Lights in September 2009 playing Dallas Tinker, a small town football player trying to make it, on the wrong side of the tracks. Even though, Tinker was from the wrong side of the tracks, he never let it consume him and he was just the opposite of his environment. Tinker, revisited his role as Dallas Tinker in 2010, while filming Season 5 of Friday Night Lights in Austin,Texas. Season 5, is set to air on Direct TV Channel 101 on Wednesday, October 27, 2010. It will later air on NBC, in the spring/summer of 2011.

Tinker recently signed on to ABC's hit comedy Cougar Town (August of 2010), as a recurring character by the name of "Kevin". Kevin (Tinker) is the college roommate of Courtney Cox's son Travis, who is portrayed by actor Dan Byrd. Travis (Dan Byrd) is on a mission to reinvent himself in college but to his surprise his roommate, is not as welcoming to him as, he may have wanted. Kevin (Tinker) gives Travis a hard time at first but the two warm up to each other eventually. Cougar Town, airs on ABC every Wednesday night at 8:30pm(CT).
