Jonathan Overly is an inhabitant of East Tennessee, lurking largely in and around Knoxville and Maryville (with occasional excursions into the Great Smoky Mountains National Park). An Eagle Scout, disc golfer, father of active son Conner, and former waiter and sommelier, Jonathan keeps the sunny side up because he chooses his life that way.
He also enjoys traveling just a weeeee bit.
Jonathan founded and manages the East Tennessee Clean Fuels Coalition (external link --> http://www.ETCleanFuels.org), where he has been a part of the U.S. DOE Clean Cities Program since 2002. Thus much of his editing is related to the Clean Cities program and alternative fuels.
