Invest Lithuania (Lithuanian: Investuok Lietuvoje) is a non-profit organization owned by the Ministry of Economy of the Republic of Lithuania. In February 2010 the Lithuanian Development Agency was restructured into two public organizations - Invest Lithuania and Enterprise Lithuania. On February 11, 2010, Invest Lithuania officially started its activities on the basis of the restructured Lithuanian Development Agency.

It is the main national institution in charge of attracting foreign investments to Lithuania and developing the attractive economic image of the country abroad. It employs more than 45 professionals and has two representative offices abroad.

The Investment Promotion Department provides information on the investment opportunities, consults regarding selection of investment partners and locations for business ventures. Public relations, advertising, and promotional events are handled by the Marketing Division. The Analysis Division provides tailored information to companies and governmental bodies.
