SoftArtisans develops business intelligence software and mobile integration solutions for Microsoft and BlackBerry [1]. The company has three products: SilverDust, which provides BlackBerry smartphone users with secure access to SharePoint content, OfficeWriter, a Microsoft Office reporting solution, and FileUp, an HTTP file upload service. SoftArtisans was founded in 1996 in Watertown, Massacusetts. In 2007, Microsoft acquired all the intellectual property of OfficeWriter[2].
