- Saint Rónán
- St Ronan of Locronan (fl. c. 6th century), early Irish saint and hermit at Locronan and Quimper, Brittany. Feast day: 1 June.

- St Rónán Finn son of Sárán (fl. 7th century), patron saint of Lann Rónáin in the parish of Magheralin (Co. Down), brother to St Cairnech and the saint responsible for bringing a curse upon Suibne. He was later also conflated with Rónán mac Beraig.
