Released Photos

I am trying to add to this article, I would like to know what the policy on adding images that have been released by the police to the media and what is the upload policy. The pictures would be the copyright work of the bank, but they gave the image to the law enforcement. So it is not a government work, but can it be uploaded to wiki under fair use? THe page has improved. YOu have plenty of good sources. You need more information thought. Try adding on to crimes he commited and such. I will approve once you do.
