Raben Group

right The Raben family established the first company which started its operations in Holland in 1931. Raben Group is a cover name for Raben, Fresh Logistics and Raben Sea & Air companies. Raben Group operates now in 10 countries: Estonia, Germany, Hungary, Holland, Lithuania, Latvia, Poland, Slovakia, Ukraine and the Czech Republic, and employs ca. 5 200 people. It has a stable network of depots all over Europe, 485 000 m2 of warehouse space and ca. 4 000 means of transport at its disposal.

Raben Group offer comprehensive logistics services that include: contract logistics, warehousing, international road forwarding, domestics distribution, comprehensive logistics service of fresh products (Fresh Logistics), sea and air freight freight(Raben Sea & Air)

History:

  • 1931 - J.W. Raben opened a transport company in Holland
  • 1960 - T. Raben took over the helm of the company
  • 1991 - E. Raben opened Raben company in Poland
  • 2002 - Fresh Logistics was established in Poland
  • 2003 - Raben company in Ukraine was opened
  • 2004 - Raben companies in LT, LV and EE were opened
  • 2005 - German company BSV became a member of Raben Group
  • 2007 - Raben Sea&Air started offering its services
  • 2008 - Setto (a family company which operated in the Czech Republic and Slovakia) joined Raben Group
  • 2010 - Raben Logistics Hungary was established
  • 2010 - Czech company Transkam became a member of Raben Group
