Dale Miller is a former Democratic member of the Ohio Senate, representing the 23rd District since from when he was appointed in March 2006 to December of 2010. He was previously a member of the Ohio House of Representatives from 1997 to 2006.

Miller received his PhD in Clinical Psychology from the University of Utah in 1976, his MS in Clinical Psychology from the University of Utah in 1974, and his BS in Psychology from Case Western Reserve University in 1971.
