The Journal for the Education of the Gifted is a peer-reviewed academic journal that offers information and research on the educational and psychological needs of gifted and talented children. In particular, JEG publishes articles about the characteristics of gifted children, evaluations of effective schools for gifted children, gifted children with learning disabilities, the history of gifted education, and building successful gifted and talented programs. Tracy L. Cross at the College of William and Mary serves as the editor. JEG is published by Prufrock Press.
