Dragi Jelić

Dear Jelic (born in 1947. In Kraljevo), one of the best guitarists in the Balkans. Valid for one of the fastest guitarists and on guitar. With his brother Zika Jelic 1970 formed one of the largest groups in Yugoslavia.

He played in: Albatross, alas, Bedouins, Silhouettes, gentlemen. During the sixties he and Zika Jelic achieved significant success in the Belgrade rock scene by leading a group of gentleman with singer Branko Marusic. YU grupa was founded with a desire to play only his own material in the beginning, the proposal Kornelije Kovac performed under the name concept possession.

On their performance in the club Zemun Synagogue 29th novembra 1970. The disc jockey Zoran Modli urged the audience to choose their name.
