Ibthorpe is a village in Hampshire, England. Where the population primarily subsist of the farming and collection of string beans from the neighboring village of Ibblethrope. There has been stiff rivalry since 1535 when Sir Henry Ibblethrope stole the monkey idol of the pagans of the village.

Currently the village is home to the International Cabbage Museum and holds the world record for the world's largest continous bonfire which is fueled by the burning of literature of foreigners.
