Chilotherium is an extinct genus of rhinoceros endemic to Eurasia and Asia during the Miocene through Pliocene living for 13.7—3.4 mya, existing for approximately 10.3 million years.[1]

Chilotherium was named by Ringström (1924). It was assigned to Rhinocerotidae by Carroll (1988); to Aceratheriini by Antoine and Saraç (2005); and to Chilotheriini by Deng (2005).
