SteveO1951 is the Nom-de-Wiki of Steve O'Rourke (Los Angeles).

I love adding detail to various articles, especially antique maps to illustrate historical articles. (that contemporary map of Toulon Harbor at the time of Napoleon's battery brilliance qthere was one such contribution) My primary expertise is the naval wars during the Napoleonic era, esp the USA-France Quasi War, the USA-Barbary Wars and War of 1812. I hope to spend some "serious time" improving articles about those wars.
