Tito Miniti

[edit]

The quotation is already summarised in the paragraph below, so just inserting it simply repeats the same material twice and introduces the paramedic's name twice. As for the claim that his superior was in Egypt, that may well be so. Please provided proper citations. It would also be useful to know exactly what Montanelli wrote. Currently the citation is vague. OK. I'll find the references.--NewPangea4 (talk) 16:15, 12 April 2011 (UTC)[reply]
I don't want to get into an edit war over this, since I've no reason to doubt that Minniti was tortured just as the medic said. The Ethiopians themselves did not dispute it at the time, but said that it was done by local people, not by the regular army. Essentially we don't use phrases like "fanatic antifascist" (shocking thing to be!) and we need to be clear about the details. Also, please stop adding spaces after titles. They should not be there.
