I believe this above IP is associated with 82.29.103.59, and is a suspected Wikipedia troll.
This user has repeatedly tried to make variations of nonsensical comments like, "Michael DON generally dislikes this football player. he is not the best. and should play harder :)" on the footballer Luka Modric. His edits have been reverted by another user but I believe that the user of these IPs will try and use a different IP to implement his desired changes.
