First of all, I am not your assigned reviewer. But since I was developing another article Solid waste policy in the United States for V625, I was curious to look at your article. Very well developed article on the subject. But I would like to comment more on the wiki part of it. Well researched also. 

Is this the wiki way of quoting directly?

I think your references are in notes and vice versa. I recommend you to post the article as soon as possible to the wiki main page for the public to view. I'm not sure about the direct quote Brij. I liked the format at the time, but it has since been changed by another user and I think it looks better without it. Also, that format doesn't seem to auto-adjust as well to different screen sizes, so I'd perhaps avoid it.

I'll post the article tomorrow after the reviews are supposed to be done just so it's not hopping around if someone needs to find it. NicEMyer (talk) 23:20, 1 May 2011 (UTC)[reply]
