Alecia Deann "Ali" Hillis (born December 29, 1978[1]) is an American film, television and voice actress.
Early life
At the age of six months, Hillis' moved with her family to Normal, Illinois and at age 3, to Sheboygan Falls, Wisconsin and then to Charlotte, North Carolina when she was thirteen years old.[2]
Hillis performed in the The Childrens Theater in Charlotte, North Carolina.[3]
Career
While living in New York City she auditioned for Broadway plays.
Hillis' appeared in two episodes of Felicity in 1999. The following year, she had a role in an episodes of "FreakyLinks" and "Undressed". Hillis then appeared in Baywatch, JAG, Boomtown and Less Than Perfect.[1]
Hillis' has performed in All the Wrong Places, Kiss Kiss Bang Bang (2005), Must Love Dogs (2005), Open Water 2 (2006), The Ultimate Gift (2007), The Heartbreak Kid (2007) and The Ultimate Gift.[2]
Hillis had a role in the Los Angeles play, A Good Soldier.
Hillis voiced the video game character Lightning in the international localization of Final Fantasy XIII, a role which she reprised in both Dissidia 012 Final Fantasy and Final Fantasy XIII-2. She has also voiced Doctor Liara T'Soni in the Mass Effect series, Doctor Ariel Hanson in Starcraft II: Wings of Liberty and the character Karin in Naruto: Shippuden.
