Introduction

Hi! My name is Stephanie Campbell. I live outside of a small farming town in Southwestern Ontario called Chatham, Ontario with my parents and my little sister. Coming from a primarily cash crop farm, I have grown up farming with the desire to pursue my career in the agricultural industry.

Personal Life

I am very involved in the 4-H Association in my county.

Chatham-Kent 4-H Association Involvement

  • I have been a member of the Chatham-Kent 4-H Association since the age of 10. Over the past 8 years, I have completed 66 clubs ranging from field crop, plowing, and sheep to sewing, cooking and square dancing. I have received many opportunities through the 4-H program. In 2007 I got chosen as the Outstanding 4-H Female of the Year and recipient of the CFCO Blackburn radio group bursary. I have also been named the Top Agricultural Member of the Year, Top Secretary, and Top Youth Leader along with receiving the Gay Lee Award of Achievement and the Glen Clark Memorial trophy.

Education and Academic Career

As a young elementry school student I attended Harwich Raleigh Pulbic School in Blenheim, Ontario

As a high school student I attended Blenheim District High School in Blenheim, Ontario. Throughtout my highschool career I was fourtunate to be on the honour roll and upon graduating I was named an Ontario Scholar. I currently attend the University of Guelph in Guelph, Ontario majoring in Food, Agriculture and Resource Economics. I just finished my first year at the the University
