Guru Josh Project
In 2007, Guru Josh Project was formed by Darren Bailie. The group consisted of Paul Walden a.k.a. Guru Josh[1], Anders Nyman [2], and Darren Bailie[3]. In 2008 they released their first track, Infinity 2008, with two main remixes. One remix is by German producer Klaas and one by Jerome isma-ae. The track experienced immediate widespread success, peaking at No. 1 on the Belgian, Dutch and French and Danish singles charts, the Czech airplay chart and the Eurochart Hot 100. The band also had great success in the USA by winning the best house music track at International Dance Music Awards in Miami.
They released Crying In The Rain in 2009 but had limited success due to differences in musical direction within the band. The band disbanded in 2009 and the members have now started working on individual projects and The Guru Josh Project no longer exists [4].

The Guru Project
Formed in 2010, consisting of Darren Bailie, Simon Kaye and Anders Nyman. The Guru Project is a further development from the Guru Josh Project, the project has the same signature sound as Guru Josh Project. In 2010 The Guru Project released their first single "Celebration" in Switzerland, the track went to number 1 in the SDC and stayed their for more than 8 weeks, Celebration also became the anthem for the Street Parade in Switzerland. Now they have a brand new single entitled "This is the night". Due for release in the summer of 2011 this follow up single is tipped to become as big as Infinity was in 2008.
