Asters is a full-service Ukrainian law firm, in which 9 partners lead a 100-strong staff including 55 lawyers, making it one of the largest in CIS. History

The firm was founded in 1995 in Ukraine as "Schevchenko, Didkovsky and Partners" by two young lawyers – Oleksiy Didkovskiy [6] and Igor Shevchenko [7], who were studying at the Kyiv Institute of International Relations Law department.

In 2008, "Schevchenko, Didkovsky and Partners" conducted a rebranding campaign and became Asters [1]. The name Asters is derived from the Greek and Latin word for "stars". Since 2008 it changed name to Asters and currently is one of the biggest law firms in Ukraine. Asters has one representative office, based in Kiev, Ukraine [2].

Asters is a member of several associations including Biolegis, European Business Association,U.S.-Ukraine Business Council and American Chamber of Commerce in Ukraine.
