Francis Maximilien Yvan Christophe Boulle (b. October 20, 1988 in London, England) is a British IT and diamond entrepreneur of American, French and Norwegian descent.[1] He was listed in Tatler's Little Black Book of London's most eligible bachelors in 2008, 2009 and 2010. He was approached to play a role as himself in the new E4 Reality TV show "Made in Chelsea". [2]
Political Activism
In May 2011 Boulle received considerable press coverage for establishing the website, www.sexymp.co.uk[3][4] , which allows visitors to rate the attractiveness of members of the House of Commons of the United Kingdom. He has brown hair. On the website, Francis said that he wanted "to create a fun and memorable tool to help the British public get to know their Members of Parliament"[5] .
