Biography

In late 2003 CC cut a 5 track EP with producer Kent Morris and started performing tiny underground gigs around Melbourne with friend and songwriting partner Tiffany Kommedal. CC signed a distribution deal to Shock Records in January 2005 after being discovered at a Dangerfield / Indie Initiative sponsored Christmas party show at the Price Of Wales hotel.

CC teamed up with DJ/Producer Chris Coe and released the leading single My Bush Would Make A Better President off his debut album Seige Mentality in 2006. Watch the video. [2]

After making a video for the debut single Champagne Taste with director Duke Dinh, CC deal was upgraded to a licensing deal to release a full length album. Double Dutch was the second single from the album and reached number #28 [3]on the Australian Pop Charts after iTunes sales grew following a syncing license with US TV Show Hellcats.

CC released her debut album, All The Way!, in May 2008.[4]

CC's songs have been synced to many television shows, films and commercials in Australia and the UK, USA, Sweden, Germany and France. The singer was awarded the $10,000 grant for her small business plan under the NEIS (New Enterprise Incentive Scheme).

After parting ways with her record company, and relocating to the States, CC has been quietly and slowly continuing her music. She is currently recording with Producer Stephen Bradley (Keys, Trumpet and vox for No Doubt / Gwen Stefani) and also working with Dave Tweedie (Oona). The album will include collaborations from old friend and producer Andy Baldwin and Beki Colada (Mavis's / Beki & The Bullets).

In 2012, CC will release her long awaited second album.
