Ryosei Konishi (小西 遼生, Konishi Ryōsei) is an actor and seiyū, born on February 20, 1982 in Tokyo, Japan. Up until January 19, 2007, he was known by his birth name Hiroki Konishi (小西 大樹, Konishi Hiroki). He is best known for portraying Kouga Saejima/GARO, title character of the Japanese tokusatsu television series GARO from 2005 to 2006, and then again in its 2010 film adaptation, Garo: Red Requiem.
